It's our sincere pleasure to hereby invite the entire community to participate in the Current Trends in Electronic-Structure Theory (CTEST) 2025, a satellite meeting taking place in Copenhagen in the days leading up to the WATOC2025 meeting in Oslo.

The CTEST-2025 meeting is set to begin on Wednesday 18 June before lunch and end on Friday 20 June 2025 in the late afternoon. The venue will be the premises of the historical and beautiful Carlsberg Academy in central Copenhagen, Denmark.

The CTEST-2025 meeting will feature a prominent list of academic researchers from all over the world working across the fields of theoretical chemistry and solid-state physics. Over the course of 3 plenary talks (45 mins.), 25 invited and contributed talks (30 mins.), a dedicated poster session, as well as a social event and conference banquet at the historical Carlsberg site, we hope to be able to play hosts to a wealth of stimulating scientific discussions and interactions throughout the full three days of the meeting.

Registration is expected to open by early-2025 with a maximum of 45-50 spots for regular participants (excl. invited speakers), limited only by the capacity of the venue. For now, please save the dates. All regular participants are strongly encouraged to apply for a contributed talk and/or present a poster at the meeting.
